Cure Time
RedStuff cures at approximately 3–4mm per day, depending on ambient humidity and temperature. Higher humidity and warmer conditions accelerate curing.

A minimum application thickness of 20mm is required to achieve effective fire, water, and gas sealing performance.

Cleaning
Uncured RedStuff can be easily cleaned with a solvent-based wipe. Once cured, it must be removed mechanically.

RedStuff is a neutral-curing, MEKO-free, halogen-free formulation, making it non-hazardous and safe for installers in confined spaces and explosive atmospheres (Ex zones).

Re-Entry & Removal
Once cured, RedStuff achieves a rubber-like hardness similar to a pencil eraser. This makes re-entry and removal possible when required.

Use sharp tools for easier removal.

Only re-enter ducts when cables are de-energised.

Cable Suitability
RedStuff is a single-component, solvent-free system. It will not damage cable sheaths or stain duct/concrete surfaces.

It is identical in formulation to GreyStuff, with the only difference being the red pigment (<1%), which has no impact on fire resistance, curing behaviour, or physical properties. Storage & Shelf Life
Store RedStuff in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 12 months unopened
Once opened: reseal securely and use within 1 month.

What is RedStuff?
